All businesses need good people. If a business has a strong Model/Methodology and Processes, then the people needed are those who follow the processes and continue to improve those processes so quality, and control are delivered and improved.
Businesses lastly need to determine which tools, software, phone systems, CRMs etc. are needed once they have defined processes. Many business owners make a fatal mistake by thinking implementing a tool will determine the process (a fatal flaw).
